Shipping Policy: KBK uses Ground Shipping. Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days. (Feel free to contact KBK with any concerns... Shipping is unpredictable and out of my hands.) Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update after package has been shipped. 

TAT: Our turn around time is typically 7-25 days. TAT depends on the intricateness of your set. TAT is for one set, please keep in mind more sets means the more time I need to create them. 

Return & Refund Policy: Returns must be done within three days from receiving your purchase! You must provide proof of purchase as well as photo proof of item purchased and why you are not satisfied. Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment or store credit. Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to process.
